As a new client we ask that you register with our support department so a incident ticket can be opened. This ticket will allow us to gather information that will allow us to support your issue. Be sure to put as much detail in the ticket that you can - this will always help to speed up things.

Once you have entered a ticket you will receive a response from one of our team members instructing you on how to obtain our remote software. You will then download and install our remote software - this process takes less than 1 minute.

Once a support connection is made you will be directed to a secure website to enter your billing information. You are only charged when a support technician connects to your computer to resolve your issue. We accept Visa, MasterCard, ATM/DEBT Cards and American Express.

Now the technician will work with you to resolve your issues and your only billed a one time charge of $29.95. Most support issues can be resolved rather quickly however some issues can take up to an hour or more - at no additional cost.

Support Suite is 100% free from adware, spyware, and malware. We also wrap our software with Microsoft Authenticode verify its safety.
